Occhi rossi

Los asesinos ya están apareciendo en el anime de Vento Aureo. Después de tantos años, podemos verlos en movimiento y escuchar sus voces. Su primera aparición, todos juntos, ha sido una delicia, algo que nunca se vio en el manga.
Han hecho un gran trabajo con Formaggio y también con Illuso.
Me gustan los ojos rojos de este último.
Estoy deseando ver al resto del equipo en acción.

The assassins are finally shown in Vento Aureo anime. After so many years having them in the manga only, it's great to listen to them speaking and watching them moving. Their first appearence, as a full team, was a pleasure, something we never saw in the original manga.
I've enjoyed Formaggio's episodes and Illuso's designs, with these red eyes that are perfect for him.
I can't wait to watch more episodes.

Il giorno di Prosciutto 2016

¡Tanto tiempo sin actualizar!
A veces los temas personales no dejan tiempo para otras cosas.
Mi web ha sido cerrada, mientras intento que vuelva a estar dispondible, me gustaría volver a actualizar el blog al menos una vez al mes.
Hoy es el día de Prosciutto entre sus fans y hay que celebrarlo comiendo jamón.

Sometimes, life and personal circunstances don't let you any time for other things, like drawing.
Mi Assassini site has been deleted...While I'm trying it to be online again, I want, at least to update this blog once or twice a month.
Today is Prosciutto day among their fans. So, let's celebrate it eating some ham.

Este año no he dibujado nada especial para San Valentín. Aún así, espero que hayas pasado un día muy especial con tu pareja.
Hoy actualizo sólo para compartir un boceto rápido de Prosciutto.

I haven't drawn anything special for Valentine Day. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed last Sunday with your most beloved one.
I'm just updating today to share a fast Prosciutto sketch.

Cuando visito las webs de las artistas japoneses que dibujan fanart de Jojo me doy cuenta de lo "pequeña" que soy, de cuánto tengo que mejorar y de lo mucho que les falta a mis dibujos para ser la mitad de atractivos que los suyos. Últimamente no tengo mucho tiempo para practicar, no tengo buenas ideas y a menudo los resultados son frustrantes, pero no quiero tirar la toalla.
A veces pienso que mi web no aporta nada y que debería cerrarla, pero he puesto cariño e ilusión en ella y creo que si soy constante y me planteo como un reto hacerlo cada día un poco mejor, puedo superarme.
Por eso, a los que me leéis o visitaís mi web en silencio, os pido paciencia, prometo mejorar.
Gracias por apoyarme. Como siempre, cualquier comentario, consejo o sugerencia serán muy bien recibidos.

When I visit my favourite Jojo japanese fanartists's sites, I notice how much have I to improve to be half as good as they are and that my drawings can't compete at all with their skilled works. I don't have free time to practice, I lack of good ideas and sometimes, when I finally sit to draw, I hate the results. It's really frustrating, but I can't surrender!.

Sometimes, I feel negative and think that maybe I should close my site, since it isn't interesting for Jojo fans. But I've put a lot of affection and illusion in it and  I'm sure that taking the challenge to draw a little better everyday is the best thing I can do to improve as an amateur artist.

To those that read me and visit my site in silence, thank you. I beg you to be a little patient and I promise to do my best from now on. Any comments, suggestions or advice will be really welcome.

Stanchezza

Necesito unas vacaciones, estoy agotada.
¿Será que de tanto dibujar a Prosciutto me está afectando su poder? ¿O será la primavera?
Quiero tiempo para mis cosas, para dibujar...
Dentro de poco tendré algunos días libres, pero los aprovecharé para viajar. Me gusta viajar, no me quejo, pero tengo la sensación de que no voy a descansar nada en una larga temporada.

I need some holidays, I'm really tired.

Maybe Prosciutto's power is affecting me, since I draw him so often. Or maybe is just...spring!

I'd like to have more  time to enjoy my hobbies, to draw...

I'll have some free days soon. but I'll use them to make some little trips. I love travelling and I can't complain, but I've the feeling I won't rest at all shortly.

Bianco e nero: Risotto

Risotto en blanco y negro.
Metallica es un stand poco lucido, no puedes colocarlo junto a su anfitrión porque es muy pequeño y no se suele dejar ver, así que lo he dibujado a modo de patrón, en el fondo.
La naturaleza del stand de Risotto me sugiere que es un hombre de grandes secretos, a quien no le gusta exponer sus verdaderos pensamientos ni sus sentimientos. Sin duda es misterioso y precavido. Tanto es así, que a la hora de matar sólo se deja ver en el último instante. No es de extrañar que con estas cualidades sea un asesino infalible.

Black and white Risotto.

You can't put Metallica close to his host because it's a very discrete stand: so tiny and difficult to see. Besides, it uses to hide inside Risotto's body. That's why to display it next to its owner, I've drawn it as a background pattern.

Metallica's nature suggests me that Risotto may  be a secretive man, who doesn't like to expose his thoughts and feelings. He probably is a very mysterious and cautious guy. When killing, he can be noticed only at the last moment. No wonder he's such a infallible assassin.

Bianco e nero: Pesci

Llegó el turno de Pesci y Beach Boy. Juraría que esta vez lo he dibujado aún más feo que de costumbre.
Ya sólo queda Risotto para concluir esta serie de dibujos en blanco y negro.
He decidido que los usaré para ilustrar los perfiles de los personajes en la web.

This time is Pesci's and Beach Boy's turn. I guess I've drawn him even uglier than usual.

Only Risotto is left to finish this black and white series.

I've decided that I'll use them  for a character profile section in the site I'm preparing right now.

Bianco e nero: Gelato e Sorbe

Me hubiera gustado dibujar a Gelato y Sorbe por separado, cada uno con su stand, pero no sabemos nada al respecto: desconocemos el nombre, aspecto y habilidades de estos stands. La única pista que tenemos es se complementaban.
He imaginado muchas veces cómo podrían ser, pero mi inventiva no puede competir con la del autor, así que, de momento, prefiero no aportar mis propias ideas que sin duda, no estarían a la altura.

I'd like to draw Gelato and Sorbe separately, next to their stands, but...we don't know anything about their name, power or look. The only clue we have about these stands is that both of them worked well together.

I've imagined several times how they could be, but my ideas don't match up at all to these of the author. so I find better not to show them.

Bianco e nero: Formaggio

Siguiendo con la serie de dibujos en blanco y negro, hoy  presento a Formaggio.
Es la primera vez que dibujo a su stand, Little Feet.
Me gusta mucho su diseño. Recuerda a una hormiga, lo cual, resulta muy apropiado para un stand que miniaturiza a los seres vivos pudiendo volverlos más diminutos que cualquier insecto, y eso si Formaggio no detiene su poder, ya que la reducción podría ser infinita.
Formaggio lleva en la mano un frasco que contiene una araña que utilizará para torturar a sus víctimas una vez las vuelva más pequeñas que el insecto. Y es que hasta un simple bicho puede convertirse en un peligroso monstruo si su tamaño es mayor que el tuyo.

Another black and white drawing. This time, there you have Formaggio.

I've drawn his stand, Little Feet, by the first time. 

I like very much its design, that reminds me an ant. I find this idea very accurate, because Little Feet reduces the size of  people after  cutting them with its long nail. They can become smaller than any insect if Formaggio doesn't stop its power.

Formaggio holds a flask in wich there is a spider. He'll use it to torture his victims after shrinking them. A mere insect can be a real monster if you are so tiny.

Bianco e nero: Prosciutto

Para esta ilustración en blanco y negro decidí que Prosciutto debía llevar un traje blanco en lugar de su habitual ropa oscura. Me pareció que el contraste entre claroscuros resaltaría más así.

De cualquier modo, el estampado de su traje sigue presente en la imagen gracias la telaraña del fondo, que le da también un aire amenazador. Y es que no lo puedo evitar: Para mí, The Greatful Dead es uno de los stands  más temibles.

In this black and white illustration, I made Prosciutto wear a white suit instead of his dark one because I thought the contast is nicer this way.

But the pattern on his usual clothes is present somehow, thank to the webcob behind him. Besides, I feel that this background makes him look more threatening...I've to confess that The Greatful Dead is one of the stands I find more frightening.

Bianco e nero: Ghiaccio

El invierno está a punto de empezar, pero el tiempo está siendo bastante benévolo por ahora. Sin embargo, Ghiaccio y su White Album siempre pueden hacer cambiar radicalmente la situación.

Tercer fanart  únicamente en blanco y negro. ¿Quién aparecerá en el siguiente?

Winter is about to begin, but weather isn't being specially cold.  Nevertheless, Ghiaccio can always change radically the situation with hisWhite Album.

Esta vez le toca el turno a Illuso y su "Man in the Mirror". El marco del espejo no lo he dibujado yo. Es una trama.

Estoy trabajando en la que será mi web de "Assassini". Tendrá prácticamente los mismos contenidos que este blog, pero será más fácil visualizar los dibujos. Mejoraré y retocaré un poco algunos de los más viejos.
Espero tenerla lista para principios del año que viene.
Me pregunto si hay más webs de fanart en Occidente dedicadas en su mayor parte a la Squadra; en Japón hay muchísimas.

I'm working right now in my "Assassini" site. It will contain more or less the same art you can find here, but I think it will be easier to look every fanart there. I'll retouch and correct some of my old stuff.

I hope it'll be ready in January.
I wonder if there are other western fanart sites with the Squadra men as main subject. In Japan you can find tons of them.

Estos días, ando liada con otros dibujos, así que subiré unos fanarts rápidos de los chicos de la Squadra con sus stands, en los que he utilizado únicamente blancos y negros. Es una combinación que siempre me ha gustado.
Para empezar, Melone y Baby Face.

I'm rather busy lately with other drawings, so, starting today, I'll share fast fanart of every Squadra member and their stands. In these works, I used black and white only. 
I've always liked this simple color combination.

Cuando creé este blog hace un par de meses, pensé que a casi nadie le interesaría.
Incluso entre los seguidores de Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, no es facil encontrar fans a quienes les guste la Squadra de Esecuzioni, el equipo de asesinos de Risotto, tanto como a mí.
Por eso, si tú eres de los que suele visitar este sitio, deja que te dé mis más sinceras gracias.

When I created this blog a couple of months ago, I thought almost nobody would visit it. Even among Jojo's Bizarre Adventure followers, there are not many people who like  the Squadra de Esecuzioni, Risotto's assassin team as much as I do.

Il mio cuore per te

Pesci...¡Qué feo es! Sin embargo es tan facil cogerle cariño...
Su diseño claramente inspirado en una piña, sobre todo la forma de la cabeza, y el estampado de corazoncitos de su ropa le dan un toque divertido.
Me pregunto cómo le aceptaron en el Equipo de Asesinos teniendo un carácter mucho más benévolo que los demás, un stand menos agresivo (aunque con mucho potencial) y un cierto sentido de la moral. Antes de que lo viéramos en el manga nunca había matado a nadie, actuaba sólo como apoyo.
Se le ve además algo acomplejado pese a su aspecto llamativo, parece que no confía mucho en sus capacidades si bien al final demostrará que con más fe en sí mismo puede ser muy peligroso.
Pesci tiene una personalidad influenciable. Con alguien bueno a su lado podría haberse convertido en una gran persona.

Pesci...He's so ugly! But it's so easy to feel affection for him! His design, specially his head shape is crearly based on a pineapple.
This and the funny pattern on his clothes make him somehow cute.
I wonder how is it, that he was accepted as a member of "Squadra", with that benevolent character of his and a stand with potential, but much less agressive than the other stands in the team. He even seemed to have some morals. Before the train scene in the manga, he had never killed; he worked just as a support.
Despite his flamboyant look, He seemed to have a little inferiority complex and a lack of self-confidence in his capacities. Once he got more aware of his power, he became really dangerous.
Being easily influenced, I'm sure that meeting someone decent, he could have become a very good person.

Ritorno dalle ferie

Ya estoy de vuelta tras unos pocos días de vacaciones. Apenas he dibujado; un par de bocetos nada más. Este es uno de ellos.
Me gusta imaginar a los chicos del Equipo de Asesinos pasando unas vacaciones juntos, relajados y para variar, olvidándose un poco de la violencia y el crimen.

I'm back from my short holidays trip. I 've hardly drawn a couple of sketches.
There you have one of them.
I like to imagine the Assassin team sharing some free summer days together: relaxing a little and forgetting violence and crime for a short time.

Un melone attraverso la finestra

Melone es probablemente el miembro más divertido del grupo, el más guapo y sin duda, el más sensual. Me pregunto por qué lleva siempre ese antifaz que no sirve para ocultar su rostro... Quizás se encuentra más sexy.
Parece que se lleva bien con Ghiaccio. ¡Tengo que dibujarlos juntos!
En este viejo fanart lo muestro asomado a la ventana, buscando a su"víctima" en el exterior.

Melone is probably the funniest member of the team. He's also the most handsome and sensual. I wonder why is he always wearing that mask that doesn't hide his face at all... Maybe he thinks he looks sexier this way!
He seems to get along with Ghiaccio. I should draw them together!
In this old work, I drew him looking through the window, searching for his next victim outside.
