"Melón con Jamón" es una sencilla receta veraniega muy popular en los países mediterráneos. En Italia lo llaman "Prosciutto e Melone".
Si el melón es muy dulce y el jamón de buena calidad y sabor intenso, este plato puede ser una verdadera delicia. Es curioso que esta mezcla de sabores tan distintos case tan bien.
Aunque me gusta más dibujar a Prosciutto con Risotto y a Melone con Ghiaccio, creo que estos dos rubiales también quedan muy bien juntos.

When the melon is sweet and you have a good ham with an intense flavour, this summer meal becomes really delicious. It is pretty funny that these two ingredients, that taste so different combine so well.
I' prefer to draw Prosciutto next to Risotto and Melone with Ghiaccio, but I guess these two blonds really match!
